1. What Diiwaan Journal is

Diiwaan Journal is a trading journal tool. It lets you record your trades, organise them by account, and view automatically calculated statistics about your trading performance. It is a record-keeping and analytics tool — nothing more.

2. Not financial advice

This is important, so we state it plainly:

Diiwaan Journal is a journaling tool. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice.

• We do not provide trade recommendations.
• We do not execute, place, or manage any trades.
• We do not have access to your real money or brokerage accounts.
• Any statistics, metrics, or insights the Service displays are calculated solely from the data you enter, for your own informational and reflective use.

Trading financial instruments carries significant risk, including the risk of losing more than your initial investment. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. We are not liable for any trading losses or financial outcomes connected to your use of the Service.

If we add any AI-generated insights in the future, those will also be informational only and must not be treated as advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Diiwaan Journal. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.
• Notify us promptly at support@diiwaanapp.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Plans, trials, and payments

Free trial. New accounts include a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial, you will need an active paid plan to continue accessing the Service.

Plans. Diiwaan Journal is offered as prepaid access for a fixed duration. Current plans:

• 3 Months — $27 total ($9 per month equivalent)
• 6 Months — $42 total ($7 per month equivalent)
• 12 Months — $60 total ($5 per month equivalent)

All paid plans include full access to every feature of the Service.

Manual billing. Payments are processed manually via USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network. After you send payment, you provide us with the transaction hash (TXID), and we activate or extend your subscription manually by setting your subscription expiry date based on the plan you chose.

Important — payment network warning: USDT must be sent on the TRON (TRC20) network only. Sending on any other network (such as ERC20 or BEP20) may result in loss of funds. We are not liable for funds sent on incorrect networks.

No auto-renewal. Because billing is manual, plans do not auto-renew. You are responsible for renewing before your expiry date if you wish to maintain uninterrupted access.

No guaranteed refunds. Given the manual nature of billing and the irreversible nature of USDT transactions, refunds are handled case by case at our discretion. Contact support@diiwaanapp.com with any billing concern and we will do our best to resolve it fairly.

Prices. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Prices in effect at the time you purchase a plan remain valid for the full duration of that plan.

Your data on expiry. If your subscription expires, your trade data is preserved, not deleted. You may lose access to certain features until you renew, but reactivating restores your access.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission
• Use automated means to create accounts or abuse free trials

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Your content

The trades, notes, and other data you enter remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us the limited permission necessary to store, process, and display that data back to you in order to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your trading records.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

9. Data and backups

We take reasonable steps to protect and back up your data, but you are encouraged to use the export feature to keep your own copies of your trading records. We are not liable for data loss, though we will make commercially reasonable efforts to prevent and recover from it.

10. Termination

By you. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@diiwaanapp.com.

By us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or for other legitimate reasons. Where reasonable, we will give you notice.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of calculations, or uninterrupted availability. You use the Service at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hagarlaawe Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
